Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Sancharya (“we”, “us”, operated by Marketingko) uses browser cookies, local storage, and related web technologies across our autonomous voice employee cockpit at sancharya.marketingko.in.

Platform: Sancharya by Marketingko•Location: Warangal, Telangana, India•Last Updated: September 21, 2026 • Version 2.1-DPDP
Zero Ad Tracking Principle: Sancharya is an enterprise SaaS platform, not an ad-supported service. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers, marketing cookies, cross-site beacons, or data broker networks. All cookies and storage mechanisms are strictly functional or restricted to minimal product onboarding diagnostics.

1. What Cookies & Web Storage We Use

Sancharya's administrative dashboard is a modern single-page web application. Unlike consumer websites cluttered with hundreds of advertising beacons, Sancharya maintains an ultra-minimal storage footprint. Cookies and local browser storage are utilized strictly for essential operations:

  • Authentication & Session Integrity: An encrypted Auth0 session cookie keeps your administrative cockpit logged in and verifies each API interaction securely against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
  • User Interface Persistence: Local storage keys store your dark/light theme preference, collapsed sidebar state, and audio preview device selections so you do not need to re-select them upon each page refresh.
  • Regulatory Consent State: Storing your affirmative choices made on the statutory DPDP consent banner to ensure compliance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023.

3. Setup Analytics & Strict Telemetry Boundaries

To continually refine and simplify the onboarding workflow for new organizations configuring autonomous AI voice employees, Sancharya utilizes PostHog hosted in the European Union (EU Cloud, Frankfurt region).

Where Telemetry Runs

Setup telemetry is active only during the initial new employee configuration flow (e.g., choosing a voice persona, reviewing prompt templates, or testing voice synthesis). It helps our engineering team understand where users get confused during first-time setup.

Strict Non-Tracking Guarantee

PostHog is completely blocked and forbidden from loading or executing on any screen displaying customer lead tables, call records, dialed telephone numbers, customer contact profiles, live call streams, audio recordings, or generated transcripts.

4. No Advertising Trackers or Data Brokers

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy against cross-site surveillance and third-party advertising. Specifically:

  • We do not load Google AdSense, DoubleClick, Facebook/Meta Pixel, TikTok trackers, or LinkedIn Insight tags.
  • We never sell, lease, or monetize customer activity, cookies, or metadata to data brokers.
  • When you initiate a wallet top-up, the checkout modal is powered by Razorpay (registered in India). Razorpay may store secure cryptographic cookies to verify payment tokens, prevent fraud, and comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and Reserve Bank of India mandates.

5. Managing & Disabling Cookies

You have full statutory authority over your browser storage. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time:

Operational Notice: Impact of Blocking Cookies

Because Sancharya uses cookies exclusively for essential session authentication, blocking or disabling functional cookies will render the dashboard inaccessible. Without the Auth0 session cookie, our servers cannot securely authenticate your identity or grant access to your AI voice cockpit. If you clear cookies in your browser, you will simply be signed out and prompted to log in again.

You may also modify non-essential tracker consent at any time through our on-screen DPDP consent controls or by resetting your local storage key sancharya_dpdp_consent.

6. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may revise this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect technological changes, sub-processor infrastructure updates, or statutory guidelines issued by the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act 2023. When updates are made, the revised “Last Updated” timestamp at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. We encourage periodic review of this policy.

7. Inquiries & Grievance Redressal

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cookie architecture or wish to exercise your statutory rights as a Data Principal under Indian law, please contact our designated Grievance Officer:
