Platform architecture
Sancharya brings together several systems into one platform:
- Swara Voice Engine — The AI that understands and speaks natural Telugu, Hindi, and English. Built on Google's Gemini models.
- LiveKit WebRTC — The real-time audio infrastructure that connects calls with sub-400ms latency.
- SIP Trunking — The bridge between WebRTC and the Indian telephone network (PSTN), with DLT header injection.
- Knowledge Base (RAG) — Vector-embedded documents that ground the AI's responses in your actual business information.
- Campaign Engine — The system that manages Bulk call lists, scheduling, concurrency, and retries.
- Webhook Gateway — Receives leads from external sources and dispatches them to the right employee.
- Billing Engine — Tracks credit balances, call durations, and number renewals in real time.
Data flow
A typical call flows through the system like this:
1. A lead arrives (via webhook, Meta Ads, or manual entry).
2. The Campaign Engine or Instant Caller picks it up and routes it to the assigned employee.
3. LiveKit establishes a WebRTC connection and bridges to the carrier via SIP.
4. Swara handles the conversation, following the script and searching the knowledge base as needed.
5. The call ends. Recording, transcript, summary, and captured variables are stored.
6. Webhooks fire, sending the results to your CRM or automation tool.
7. Credits are deducted based on duration and voice tier.
