Publishing changes
How edits to your employee's script go from draft to live.

How publishing works
Editing an employee's script, adding a new section, or changing call-end rules doesn't affect live calls immediately. Changes sit in a draft state until you hit Publish.
Once published, the new version takes effect on the very next call. Calls already in progress finish using the version they started with — no mid-call surprises.
Voice changes are the exception — they take effect immediately, without publishing. Everything else (script, flow, variables, call-end rules) requires a publish.
Version history
Every publish creates a numbered version. You can see the full history and revert to any previous version at any time. This means you can experiment freely — if a new script doesn't perform well after a few calls, roll back to the last known good version in one click.
