How Instant Lead Calling works

An Instant employee sits waiting for leads. The moment a new lead arrives — from a webhook, Meta Ads integration, Google Forms, or manual entry — the employee calls that lead's phone number immediately, typically in under 30 seconds. The lead hears a real, natural voice that knows their name, where they came from, and what they asked about. The employee follows your script, qualifies the lead, handles objections, and captures the information you need.

Where leads come from

Leads reach your Instant employee in three ways:
  • Webhook — Any system (Zapier, Pabbly, your CRM, a custom form) sends a POST request to your employee's webhook URL with the lead's details.
  • Meta Ads integration — Connect your Facebook/Instagram lead form directly. Every form submission triggers an immediate call.
  • Manual entry — Paste a phone number into the Quick Call box in the dashboard. Useful for testing or one-off follow-ups.

Pre-call variables

Whatever data arrives with the lead — name, budget, locality, source — is available as {{variables}} in the script. The employee uses them naturally: "Hi Ramesh, I see you were looking at 2BHK flats in Kondapur — let me tell you about our new project there."
The faster you call, the higher the conversion. Studies show leads contacted within 60 seconds are 7× more likely to convert than those contacted after 5 minutes.
