Profile & business details
Update your name, email, phone number, and business details. Your business name and GSTIN are used on invoices. Your email is where notifications and renewal reminders are sent.
Team members
Invite team members to your Sancharya account with different roles:
- Owner — Full access to everything, including billing and team management.
- Admin — Full access except billing and ownership transfer.
- Manager — Can manage employees, campaigns, and view reports, but can't change settings.
- Operator — Can view employees and call logs, but can't make changes.
- Viewer — Read-only access to dashboards and reports.
API keys
Generate API keys for webhook authentication and programmatic access. Each key can be scoped to specific permissions and has its own usage log.
