Transaction log
The Statements page shows every transaction that affected your credit balance:
- Credits added — Every top-up, with payment method and Razorpay reference.
- Call charges — Each call billed, showing employee, duration, voice tier, and credits deducted.
- Number renewals — Monthly ₹649 deductions for each active phone number.
- Free credits — The initial 20 credits credited on signup.
Exporting statements
Download your full transaction history as a CSV for accounting purposes. Filter by date range, transaction type, or employee before exporting.
