Leads

The Leads page shows every person your employees have called or been called by. Each lead shows their name, phone number, source (how they arrived), the number of calls, and their current status (new, contacted, qualified, converted, lost). Leads are created automatically — every new phone number that enters the system becomes a lead.

Click any lead to see their full history: every call, every transcript, every captured variable, and every outcome. You can also add notes, change their status, or trigger a new call to them directly from this view.
