Post-call data & webhooks

Everything the call produced — recording, transcript, captured variables, and where it all goes.

What every call produces

After every call — test or live — you get:
  • Full audio recording — playable from the call log, downloadable as MP3.
  • Complete transcript — every word, timestamped, both sides of the conversation.
  • AI summary — a two-to-three sentence overview of what happened and what was agreed.
  • Captured variables — the values the employee extracted during the call (budget, locality, preferred time, etc.), ready for review.
  • Outcome tag — qualified, not interested, callback requested, appointment booked, or a custom tag you define.

Webhooks

If you've configured a webhook URL for the employee, all of the above is sent as a JSON payload to your endpoint within seconds of the call ending. This is how you get call data into Zapier, Pabbly, Make, Google Sheets, or your own backend. The payload includes: caller phone, duration, outcome, captured variables, transcript, summary, and a link to the recording.
Test webhooks with your test calls first — they fire exactly the same payload as live calls, so you can verify your integration without spending credits.
