Versions & starting over

How to roll back, duplicate, or start fresh.

Rolling back to a previous version

Every published version is saved. From the employee's Version History tab, click any previous version to preview it, then click Restore to make it the current draft. Publish again to push it live. All call data and recordings are preserved regardless of which version is active — rolling back doesn't erase anything.

Duplicating an employee

Need a similar employee for a different campaign or channel? Duplicate creates an exact copy — same script, same voice, same settings — but as a new, independent employee with its own name and its own call history. Changes to one don't affect the other.

Starting completely over

If you want to wipe an employee's script and start from scratch, use Reset from the employee's settings. This clears the current draft and takes you back to the describe-the-call step, but keeps the employee's name, phone number, and complete call history intact. If you want to delete an employee entirely — name, history, everything — use Delete. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Its phone number, if any, is released back to the carrier.
Deleting an employee is permanent. Export any call recordings or transcripts you need before deleting.
