How to get, manage, and release phone numbers for your employees.

Getting a number
From the Phone Numbers page, request a new Indian mobile or landline number. A one-time ID verification (PAN or Aadhaar) is required for the first number — subsequent numbers use the same verified identity.
Each number costs ₹649/month, deducted from your credit balance. One number belongs to one employee.
Managing numbers
The Phone Numbers page shows all your active numbers, which employee each is assigned to, and the next renewal date. You can:
- Reassign — Move a number from one employee to another.
- Release — Give up a number entirely. It returns to the carrier and you're no longer charged.
- Port in — Bring your own existing business number to Sancharya (subject to carrier support).
