What Sancharya does
Your AI phone employee, explained end to end.

Your AI phone employee
Think of a Sancharya "employee" the same way you'd think of hiring a real phone rep, except this one never takes a lunch break, never gets tired repeating the same pitch for the 40th time that day, and speaks fluent, natural Telugu and English. It has its own name, its own phone number, its own script, and its own memory of every call it has ever made for your business.
You don't write code to set one up. You describe the call in plain language, or just talk it through out loud like you're briefing a new hire, and Sancharya turns that into a working draft: a name, a role, an opening line, and a full call flow. You then shape it exactly the way you want before it ever touches a real customer.
The three channels
Every employee is built for exactly one of three jobs. Which one you pick up front determines everything else about how it behaves.
- Instant — Calls a brand-new lead within seconds of it arriving — before your competitor's human rep even opens their CRM.
- Bulk — Works through an outbound list you upload — reminders, renewals, surveys, win-back campaigns, anything with a list of numbers.
- Inbound — Answers calls placed to your own business number. Coming soon — see the Inbound Calling page for exactly what works today.
You can't mix channels on one employee. If you need both instant follow-up and a weekly reminder campaign, that's two employees — each tuned for its own job, each with its own script. You can always switch an employee's channel later; see Versions & starting over.
How it actually works, end to end
- 1. You describe the job — In plain language or a voice note — "call anyone who fills our Instagram lead form, confirm their budget and area, and offer a site visit."
- 2. Sancharya drafts everything — A name, a role, an opening line, and a full multi-step call flow, ready for you to read and edit.
- 3. You test it for free — Place a real call to your own phone and hear exactly how it sounds before it ever reaches a customer.
- 4. You put them live — Give the employee its own business number — ₹649 a month from your credit balance — and it starts calling real customers. The calls themselves are billed by the minute.
- 5. You watch it work — Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarised. You can retrain it any time a real call goes sideways.
