Training & knowledge
Give your employee domain expertise with documents, FAQs, and real call examples.

Knowledge base
Upload PDFs, documents, or paste text into the employee's knowledge base. The content is vectorized and used as grounding during calls — when a caller asks a question that isn't in the script, the employee searches the knowledge base for the answer instead of making something up.
This is how you eliminate hallucinations: if the answer isn't in the knowledge base or the script, the employee says so honestly rather than guessing.
Training with real calls
After your employee has made a few calls, review the transcripts and recordings. If a call went sideways — the employee mishandled an objection, missed a key question, or sounded wrong — use it as a training example.
Mark specific moments in the transcript as "do this instead" examples. The employee learns from these corrections and applies them to future calls.
The fastest way to improve an employee is to listen to its worst calls and retrain on those specific moments. Two or three good corrections can dramatically improve performance.
