What Sancharya notifies you about and how to control it.

Notification types
Sancharya sends notifications for:
- Low balance warnings — When your credit balance drops below a threshold you set.
- Number renewal reminders — Before a phone number is about to renew.
- Campaign completion — When a Bulk campaign finishes its list.
- Failed calls — If a call couldn't connect after all retry attempts.
- System updates — New features, maintenance windows, and platform announcements.
Notification channels
Notifications are delivered via email and in-app (the bell icon in the top navbar). You can toggle each notification type on or off from Settings.
